Got an idea for a new sports club?
Want to start up a new society?
If so, please let me know and hopefully we can make it happen!
For those of you that don’t know, my name is Holly (she/her) and I am the new Sports and Societies Officer 2020 - 2021 here at Rose Bruford.
Why not have your new society or sports club ready for Freshers’ week in the new academic year? There are so many opportunities for you and other people to get involved in something new and exciting, something you are passionate about and eager to take part in, to meet new people from all courses and year groups! It’s a great way to spark up interest at university and inspire students around campus.
Here are a few things you need to know beforehand:
You must have at least five people involved to run as a society
You should have an idea of how you intend to run it
You should have an idea of how it benefits your society being involved with the college
So what are you waiting for?
If anybody would like to create a new society or sports club of any kind, please let me know 😊
